WELCOME

My name is Chanel and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Washington State offering compassionate support to those struggling within.  I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management and supportive therapy to adolescents and adults ages 15-50 dealing with a variety of mental health concerns.  I use a non-pathologizing and collaborative approach rooted in embodiment and mindfulness to create a supportive space for you to feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
